Only Mr Saroj of F&B, Mr Satish and front office were best supporting staff. A lot needs to be improved still. Front office maximum staff were good. The staff who pulled down my luggage left it at reception and did not brought when the car came and had to put the luggage myself. And suddenly the staff came when they saw that I myself was pulling the luggage and they starting pulling and BROKE my rest end of the luggage

A mid-sized hotel in a peaceful location out of the busy part of town. The pool, gym and spa facilities are excellent. do treat yourself to a spa treatment, it really is excellent quality. large and comfortable rooms. the staff were generally very friendly and hospitable

we liked the location of the property… the staff were very helpful smiling and courteous… we were particularly happy with the way chef utpal took care of our jain meals at the restaurant … also a special mention for ms neha at the reception, she was very helpful too

Neatness and couteous staff , excellent food . Staff are well mannered and laborious, and the driveway is very well managed by security staff and screening of luggage. Outsiders can not get access to rooms
